Welcome to boo-baby. By using our mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the boo-baby App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

boo-baby is a baby activity tracking application designed to help parents and caregivers log and monitor feeding, sleep, diaper changes, medications, and pumping activities. The App includes features for data synchronization across devices and sharing data with family members.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All activities that occur under your account.
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some features of the App may require a purchase or subscription.

Payments: Payments are processed through the Apple App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms and conditions.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple.

4. No Medical Advice

IMPORTANT: The boo-baby App is designed for informational and tracking purposes only. IT IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE.

Content within the App, including summaries and reports, should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek the advice of your pediatrician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or tracked in the App.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes related to baby activity tracking. You shall not:

Use the App in any way that violates applicable local or international laws.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or databases.
Use the App to store or transmit any malicious code.

6. Family Sharing

By using the Family Sharing feature, you acknowledge that any data you input will be visible and editable by other members of your family group. You are responsible for managing invitations to your family group.

7. Advertising

The App may display advertisements. By using the App, you agree to the display of such advertisements. We use Google AdMob to serve these advertisements.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of boo-baby and its licensors.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall boo-baby be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Use.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date.
